While the crew are great, I feel the service Hometurf supplies is minimal and does not do any more than any able bodied homeowner could do themselves for less cost. They don't actually address any concerns over three years of service, aside from sprinkling whatever is scheduled in 1 of 6 visits during the contract. Requests to fix bald patches, weeds were never addressed, so I bought seed and managed the issues myself. Weeds are still present. You're paying for the convenience and arguably, the seed & fertiliser you dont need to buy yourself. I'm satisfied to pay for the service, but don't feel they deliver what they promise.

I was referred to KH Davis by another contractor and spoke to Kevin who patiently and graciously listened to the issue I was facing in my house. He offered some advice on how to tackle it myself. I've had difficulty in getting straight answers on occasion from different sources so was so pleased and surprised. When I checked their site, the comments of others confirmed I'd spoken to the right company, and the right professional in Kevin. Thanks so much - I'll be referring this firm and Kevin to others who need building alterations.

Three doors installed beautifully to front, patio and basement to replace ~50-yr-old originals. Sales Rep Ken was extremely patient, Installers Ivan & Kevin were very professional and knowledgeable. Coordinator Zehra arranged everything with a Supv arriving to check towards the end of the install. The project presented a large outlay and the entire team was very patient and understanding of my concerns, making numerous revisions, offering additional detail and excellent follow-up to my queries. Thanks very much to all involved!

***Edit - now I've registered on this site and read further reviews, maybe I was a bit stingy with the last star, :)) since many other reviewers described in great detail much of the same praise for Patrick and YourClosets....(I noted others had compared and found the price to be good value) but let me keep it as is for any possible improvement they can make.*** Original follows: Closets in 2-bd Condo unit bare. Downsizing from house, requiring storage for clothing and loose items. We had double and single hanging rails, as well as box shelves and drawers built into three closet solutions. Patrick dealt patiently with me throughout the entire process of survey, estimate, design and installation. He was not pushy with sales, and the original consultation did not proceed with every idea. No sour face, just professional, calm and confident attitude. Only items he felt company would do well and expertly were recommended. Their service didn't come cheap, but I believe, for anyone that can afford the budget, the investment in the entire process I outlined, together with the finished products, will be worth it. A number of my friends who have seen the closets were impressed, so I will have every confidence in recommending this service, and Patrick, especially. Thanks Patrick and YourCloset!
