He was very clear on price, timing, potential issues and answered all our questions. Installers showed up and didn’t stop working until it was done. The second I watched the bobcat driver dig the driveway and spread gravel I knew the job was in good hands.

Just he is an underpinner not a general contractor so there are no extras or selling of finishing such water heaters, furnace guys, finishing contractors. You should have a contractor lined up; unless your handy homeowner then he is perfect to work with

In February of 2017 I purchased a new door with the upgraded lock at $450. The lock broke and consumers choice windows said it's not their problem. We were told we had to deal with the US manufacturer. The US manufacturer did not care and are not helpful! This company will leave you high and dry with a broken door. Nothing makes me feel safe like living in downtown Toronto without being able to lock my doors

Hawk Home Services is the best company servicing East York by far. Call them for a quote and they'll send someone who give you the honest assessment -- unlike most contractors who will be walking into through your home! Everyone told me I need at 10k water system, but Talha asked me why I wanted to spend so much money on a 1500sq house. Quality work, fast and they know their stuff. No fuzz

After meeting about 10 different contractors I decided to go with wise solutions home improvements (Manny) because I had a gut feeling and Manny the contractor really knew his stuff. I was asking about some expensive unnecessary features to add to my washroom and I never once did Manny try to upsell me to something I did not need. I like to do tile work in my spare time so I was extremely critical of their tile work. They did a fabulous job and I have to admit better than I would have been able to tile. 10 of 10. I would recommend them to do any work around your house!!

After two highly rated companies in Toronto agree to the contract and then failed to show up I went to homestars to find another contractor. Not sure why I did not choose this company in the first place but that was a huge mistake and a waste of time on my part. They showed up at the agreed on time and completed the job in the exact amount of hours they quoted. I could not be happier with the quality of work they did. I almost feel like I should have paid them more. Almost. This is a must hire company
