Dave took control of the bathroom from start to finish. Given it was the main bathroom timelines were super tight. We were planning to be away in Vancouver for 4 days and Dave stepped in , did the design and build ...and finished the bathroom in time for us returning from the trip. With any reno he found a bit more work than expected when he pulled the floor tiles and replaced the sub floor and tiles in the shower but that did not slow him down. The job was done for when we got home and we love it !!! Keep in mind this was a not a typical timeline , i am told he usually likes to work with a bit more time .... Great Job Dave !!!

Bryan is a true professional ! The crews worked though the worst weather and completed the pool in amazing time. We looked to have a pool installed 4 years ago and all but a fw pool contractors even showed up. because the access was tight, we wrote off the option of the pool unitl i decided to give it one more shot this spring. After discussing the deails with Bryan, we came over for a site visit an said the access was more than acceptable and they have doen installs where they have set up a conveyor belt system to dig out the pool. As soon as i heard this i knew Pioneer was the team for the project. Very simle and straight forwad process, they made it easier than buying a car. Two short visits later e had out dig scheduled and we were ready to go. Bryan connected with our contractor looking after the armor stone walls and pattern concrete and we were in business. From the dig all the way through to the final quipment set up , these guys knwo how to make thigns run and work smoothly. Like a well oiled clock ,tams show up on time, do what they need to do and move on. We are so happy with the Pioneer pool and have enjoyd it since June 1st this year. if you are looking for a pool and alk into this not knowing much about the process, your will be very comfortable with the process Pioneer has to complete the pool . They have ben great !!!! Top Marks !!!! The after service and follow up has ben fantastic !!!! Thank you to everyone at Pioneer pools !!!! Jon Connor

The guys were good in coming by but i made a point of standign over them the whole time. from start to finish. I had to ask them to add metal trim to hold back the edge of the bricks...WOW... i had to ask them for a lot of things. they do good work but you HAVE TO BE ON SITE !!!! The work was done , only becauer i kept at them. So far 2 weeks later , so so but i am very picky...they never asked me about the lime stone or sand ....seems you need sand to make less of a mess.... Average.....just average

Hello Anonymous, Good to hear you like the work that you had done. Although the alluminum edging (or metal trim)is not always required when interlocking. I am sure that if it were required in your instance it would have been recommended the sales rep or by the installation crew. This is our 11th year in business and we have a standard in which the interlocking is installed. Were there any requests over and above normal installation that you needed done? Please feel free to contact me regarding this or any other installation questions and I can fully explain further. You can reach me at rkroulston@hotmail.com. Kelly Roulston, Sure-Loc Interlocking
