I have read that many people who had a negative customer experience have gone through Home Depot. I suggest calling this company directly for service, as I had an amazing experience. Technicians Dave and Nick arrived promptly on the hour they said they would be here, completed the job in a fast time frame, made lovely conversation, showed me how to use the dishwasher, hauled away our old dishwasher, and told me to call if there are any concerns. I don't know if you can request technicians, but if you are hesitant - ask for Dave! You will not be disappointed! *this was following a negative experience with Home Depot and their delivery - I cancelled my purchase because their customer service was so atrocious

After a recent storm, we experienced some water leaking into our home. Wade responded to my homestars request and agreed to come by to take a look. Only one other company responded, and they said they were too busy with similar requests. We are so thankful that Wade decided to take the job! After inspecting the roof, they found shingles missing and many more lifting. He also discovered that the builders did not install enough ventilation, and so the heat buildup was causing the shingles to dry out and lift. So they replaced the missing and damaged shingles, nailed down the lifting shingles, and extended the life of our roof by installing 2 wirley birds. Wade even provided us with a report to send to our insurance company, as we were not at fault for the damage. Wade even followed up after a recent rainfall to make sure there was no more leaking. We are very pleased with the service provided, and will use Danforth Rd. Roofing Installers and Contracting again when we need to replace our roof. We couldn’t be happier with the job Red Rose did landscaping our front and backyard! Before beginning our project, we obtained quotes from 3 different companies. Rick from Red Rose was quick to grasp the concept we were going for, and quoted a very reasonable price. The design he drew matched our description exactly, and the outcome was even better than we hoped for! He was very knowledgeable about the plants that would work best in the space, and even though many companies were experiencing supply shortages, there were no issues on our project. The crew was quiet and respectful, and always left the job site looking pristine (as seen in the 3rd picture). Even with the rain delays, the job was completed within the quoted 2-3 week timeframe. Thank you so much Rick and crew for your phenomenal work! We have already recommended you to many friends and neighbours. *work that was complete that is not seen in the photos: the back is lined in emerald cedars, our under deck waterproofed, our fence was extended, there is an additional privacy fence and a bbq cover.

We have had Roy in a couple of times to do work at our house, and have been extremely pleased with both the workmanship and pricing. He is honest and fair, and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend him, and plan to use his services again for general contracting.

Will and Sara are lovely to deal with. They are a hard-working and honest couple, who understand the value of a dollar and are respectful of your choices without pushing the sale. The work is beautiful, and it was more affordable than the previous people we had in to do the doors. We also had them do weather stripping to or doors. We will definitely be using them again when we can get the money together to replace our windows.
