Chris is very knowledgeable and professional. He assessed our garage, an engineer provided his recommendations and our work was scheduled quickly. There was also a fair bit of “discovery work” which increased the timeline and cost, so be prepared for these overages when setting a budget. Price was fair and flexible finance options were available. However, during the 2-months, I had a few concerns about the crew: - awkward questions from the crew, such as "how much money did Chris charge you for this work?" or "Why is your husband never home?" We know it is hard work in the heat/cold so we always offered the crew beverages but I don't think the questions were appropriate. Luckily, Chris addressed this immediately. - overall language barrier with the crew made it difficult to get any updates. It was difficult to know which stage the project was at. We never knew when the supervisor was on-site, although, Chris was great at giving us updates. - garbage, pop cans were left behind in our garage. Overall, we're happy with the quality of work. They finished up with one worker who was meticulous! But there seems to be many improvements needed with the crew. Also, having a schedule would be beneficial to allow us to better plan around the construction (e.g., some days 2 workers would arrive after 10:00am, some days, nobody at all and then the next day, a crew of 6 + supervisor).

Mark provided us with a professional quote and brought carpet samples to our house for selecting. Upon making our decision, the runner was installed quickly and professionally by his technician. We are very happy with the quality and service of Victorious. Mark also ensured that he followed up with us after the stair runner was installed. The whole process was very smooth and professional.

We contacted Red Robin and Dave was very flexible with scheduling a time to provide an estimate. Mike came to our house and provided his expert opinion on some areas we were unsure of. Mike walked us through the priority areas and then provided a very detailed, thorough quote. It took the Red Robin crew just one day to complete the work. Afterwards, we noticed there was one brick that required replacement and Mike came back immediately the next day to fix it. Red Robin is a great company to work with.

My husband and I had a great experience with Agility Moving. The process and pricing structure was explained to us by David prior to booking. On the day of the move, it was a record breaking temperature of 37 degrees for the GTA! Phil, Rich, and Al showed up on time with a very positive outlook. The guys loaded up the truck extremely fast, being sure to take care of all our items. The team did an outstanding job of unloading our furniture in tight spaces. We were very impressed and will use Agility again.

When Josh arrived, he was professional and explained the process to us. Josh went the extra mile with getting access into our furnace. He was punctual, friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions. At the end of the cleaning, Josh pointed out a few items in our furnace room for us to consider.
