Tom did a great job doing the inspection of our home. He found 2 major issues(one water damage and one roof related), which helped us negotiate the price $5K lower with the seller.
Larcon did take down 2 load bearing walls at our home. We are very happy with the outcome and highly recommend it to anyone.
