We were looking to renovate 3 bedroom closets in our home (2 were walk-in closets) and after shopping around and reading reviews we decided to go with Superior Closets. They had the best reviews and the most competitive quote by far. Yair was a pleasure to deal with; a real gentleman. His team that came to install were on-time, polite, considerate and efficient. The install was quick. We asked for a few changes after seeing the product installed and Yair and his team delivered; Yair ensured we were completely satisfied and we are. I'm so glad we did this project. Our closets hold more clothes yet seem less cluttered.

Had tinted ceramic films and security films installed on our windows and doors throughout our house and also on a 2nd house own by my in-laws. Colour tint wasn't what we requested (Ron must only have one colour), but we didn't complain. There was a cut on one film we noticed after Ron left...he never did anything about it. Didn't get any paperwork either, even though I asked for it repeatedly and told I would get it. Worst of all, one of my windows developed a broken seal so window needed to be replaced, which meant window film also had to be replaced. Called and emailed Ron repeatedly to have this one film replaced, but I guess it isn't a big enough job for him so he's not coming. After 6 months of calling and emailing, I gave up. Don't use this guy, he doesn't provide the best service.

You’ve made this a great experience for us! Too often we’re disappointed with the work done by professionals, but as you put it, you set out to exceed our expectations and that’s exactly what you did! We appreciated your patience, professionalism and enthusiasm when we were picking out a stone. What an experience that was! As you know, we literally saw hundreds of slabs and when my wife and I FINALLY agreed on a slab, George, your supplier remembered us and called you to send us back because he believed there was a slab we’d like even better then the last. He was right!! Our granite counter tops are stunning, as my wife puts it! We changed the counter to give us more counter space and Oleg measured and fitted the counter perfectly! We also appreciated Oleg’s willingness to re-install the granite counter for our computer table when it was evident the height WE suggested was not right. Thank you Oleg! We will definitely return very soon; our basement bar will be fitted with the same granite as our kitchen and computer table. Our 7 year old home was struck by a tornado in August 2009 while on vacation abroad. Lots of damage on our street so there were a lot of contractors around doing all sorts of repairs. One of the repairs we needed done was to replace all the aluminum on our house. We hired Robert from PR Aluminum Inc. an independent. He had 17 years experience, seemed honest, and was reasonably priced. After the work was done, I noticed a few things that told me he had no pride in his work, i.e. screws and caulking used were not the right colour (white on taupe), made a big mess and didn't clean up, pattern used was all over the place, etc..., but I didn't complain and in fact still gave him a reference when my neighbour (2 doors down) asked who I used for the job. My neighbour hired Robert after I gave him the reference. A month later, on my house I noticed one of the gutters was leaking badly and one down-spout was the wrong colour and didn't match. I called him again and again. One day I saw Robert working 2 doors down when I mentioned it to him again (business he got because of me). He said he would come by when he was finished to fix it (would have taken him 15 minutes). He didn't, When I called him again, he made some excuse about having to leave. I have since called him about 60 times over a one and a half year period and have heard every excuse you can think of; he never said he wasn't coming, he usually said he was coming in a couple of days. He never showed up and never called back. He is dishonest to say the least and I lost my patience. I gave up calling him. I have to hire someone else now. To think he got more business because of me. Don't make the same mistake I did. Do not hire PR Aluminum Inc. He does terrible work and is dishonest. Nobody needs this type of aggravation.
