It had been far too long since the last time I had a HVAC cleaning. I called a number of companies but decided to go with Modern Purair . They have a number of great reviews and they specialize in this type of cleaning. I received a quote and it included a detailed list of what they would do. They even gave me a 100% 30 day satisfaction guarantee. They showed up about 30 minutes later than expected but had called to let me know they were running late which I really appreciated. They cleaned the furnace fan, compartment, heat exchanger and A/C coil. They cleaned each individual duct and also the main duct with compressed air. They did a test and informed me of any deficiencies. I really was very impressed with the service and will call them again in 3-4 years as they recommend.

I had been thinking of having the exterior of the house painted and had started to get quotes for the job when David knocked on my door and introduced himself representing Student Works Painting. He was very professional and I asked him to produce a quote for the job. After asking a number of questions regarding the scope of work he produced a very reasonable quote which I accepted. The quote included a 3 year guarantee, $5 million liability insurance and full workers comp and included that top of the line ICI paint would be used. Payment wasn't even due until my complete satisfaction. About a week before painting a complete pressure wash was done to the exterior. On paint day the crew showed up early and work started and was completed a couple of days later. They did clean up the site daily and did a great job. I hope others will support students for the summer as they do a great job.

My house was built in the early 50's but since that time a major renovation in 1999 replaced all the windows but the two in the front of the house. Because I have been thinking of this project for a long time and with winter coming I lose an incredible amount of heat it was time to replace them. I called a number of companies and they all came over within a few days to give quotes. I decided to go with Silverline as their quote was the most detailed and they were the most professional. It took about 3 weeks before the windows were installed but the workman that came were excellent. All the work was done professionally, taking great care of our property. The house was cleaned up and all waste removed. I love the new look to my house and glad I chose this company

I went on to check the reviews on this site and saw such good comments that I called this company. I explained the problem that a number of rats had taken up residence under my shed. They came over to give a consultation and because I have a complete phobia of these animals I said they could start immediately. The work was preformed with minimal disruption and I am glad to say they are all gone and will not come back. Thanks Abell will use you again if I encounter other problems.

My roof and gutters were suffering from years of neglect. Was referred to Steve's Gutter Cleaning Services by a neighbor. Made my appointment and was impressed by the professionalism on the phone. Everything was explained and a general price given. At the agreed time a couple of young men showed up and looked at the work to be done and then was given a firm price which was less than on the phone. The work was done to my complete satisfaction and I even gave the men a tip because I was so happy with the work done. Will use and recommend them to others in the future

After purchasing some kitchen appliances I required the services of a company to install them. I did some research and found Han Appliances Ltd. They specialize in this type of work so I booked an appointment for a couple of days later. They arrived on time and did a great job installing the dishwasher, gas stove and fridge that required a water line that had to be run from my bar sink 20 feet away. They were very professional and careful as to not damage the new granite counter we just installed a week earlier. One month later everything is working great and I am very happy.

I recently went to an auction in Vancouver as a local furniture store went bankrupt and I was hoping there would be some great bargains. I was fortunate to be able to get some great deals and needed a company to move the furniture to my house. Called this company as I see there trucks all over town. The receptionist was polite and I was able to book a truck immediately. Two strong men showed up at the auction company within a few hours and they loaded up all the furniture I purchased. All items were wrapped in blankets and secured properly. At my residence the items were moved inside without any damage. I was very happy with the service and professionalism of this company and will definitely use them again.

Called Nationwide from a flyer I received in one of those co-op mailings. Talked to a very nice agent named Francis who was very professional and explained everything I needed to know. Booked appointment for the following day as I wanted to get everything done before Christmas as we were having visitors from overseas. Bob arrived at the scheduled time and completed all the work that I requested. He did a great job and replaced all the items he moved to do the work. I am very happy with this company and will use them again in the future.

I called this company and the phone was answered very politely by a young lady. I have never had waste removed before so I asked many questions and all were answered to my satisfaction. I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at 3:00pm. About 1/2 hour before I was contacted by the driver who informed me he was on his way and would be at my house in 20-30 minutes. As promised the truck arrived with two men at the scheduled time and both introduced themselves to me. I explained the work that needed to be done and a price was given for the work and I agreed as I felt it was very reasonable. The work was done promptly and they took great care not to damage anything in the house. The floor was swept clean and some other things were taken away that were not in the original quote which I was not charged for. Called this company and they came the same day. The truck showed up on time and both driver and helper were polite. Did all the work I asked, cleaned up after and charged a very reasonable amount for the amount of waste I had. Would use them again.
