Replaced all the windows in my home, plus a patio door and front doors, and had a fantastic experience with Verdun.  A pretty big job, a total of 5 full days of labour for the initial installations. For me, the true test of a company is how they deal with unexpected issues/problems, and Verdun came out with flying colours.  Overall, the installation went very smoothly.  There were a few minor and unexpected issues along the way (which is to be expected for a large job like this), but Verdun staff were always flexible and provided excellent service throughout the process.  The installers (Rami and his crew) were proficient and professional, and were accommodating when I asked for minor changes during the installation (e.g.  I didnt like the style of bullnose trim they had started installing, so I proposed a design tweak and they incorporated my request without any issues).  The head office staff were also excellent at communicating regular updates on parts ordered (e.g.  to replace a small PVC component that was damaged during installation/transport) or for follow-up visits (e.g. to adjust a pane that the installers had noted didnt fit perfectly well or to touch up some of the exterior caulking where some insulating foam had eventually expanded too much and popped out through the caulk).  I use these examples not as criticism or complaints like I said, a few small issues on such a big job are to be expected but rather to highlight real examples of how Verdun successfully handled these issues and the efforts they went to to ensure things were done properly and to my satisfaction. Overall, I was very happy with Verdun and would strongly recommend to others.

My second time using HVAC Titan and once again was very pleased and impressed with the service.  We had him remove our traditional hot water tank and install a tankless instead.  Owner Stephane is always responsive, and does excellent work for a reasonable price.  I have no hesitations in recommending him to others, and he'll definitely be my first call for any HVAC matters in the future.

Home A/C died in the middle of a heat wave (of course).  Found Titan on Homestars, and my experience with Stephane lived up to his top rating here.  He was much quicker to respond than other firms I had contacted, and within a few hours, I had very clear, reasonably priced quotes for a range of potential replacement A/C options, and I managed to book an installation slot 2 days later.  Install day went very smoothly, and the new A/C was up and running by mid-afternoon.  The installation looked very clean, and and the job site was left tidy.  Overall, a very professional and pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Titan HVAC.

The cooling function on my PTAC conked out. I was worried I’d need a new unit or a costly repair. But the Menard tech did some poking around and troubleshooting (explaining to me what he was doing as he went along) and found that a loose wire connection was to blame. So he reaffixed and tapped it up good to ensure it would’t move again. Simple solution! I’m certain a less honest company would have recommended a replacement or a costly repair. But the tech was honest enough to pin the blame on a simple loose wire. I would not hesitate to reuse Menard for future needs and I would certainly recommend them to others!

Top notch service! The coil spring on my garage door snapped, and Door Doctor came the very next morning (at the promised 8am) to fix it. Mike was friendly, very quick and efficient, and did a great job. However we then discovered that the 20-yr old automatic opener was dead (the lack of spring meant that the opener gears head shredded themselves due to the extra door weight). So he offered to come back 2 days later to install a new opener. So 2 days later (again, at the promised time), Mike removed the old opener and installed the new one which I had purchased from Lowe’s the previous day. Clean, professional, efficient installation. All-round excellent service! I would not hesitate to use Door Doctor again, nor to recommend them to others!
