AC Side discharge (Quiet Breeze) I shop every where to find a small AC unit to fit in my small backyard, after 2 years, I finely find the good one at the exact price to fit my budget. The AC is supply by D & H Mechanical Heating and Air Conditioning Ltd. The deal was made with RONA STOCK YARD, Venilia Rodrigues was great and Denham Palmer from D&J was great too! He is the person who come to my place and make me the pitch. The installation was high-quality, they where 30 late but they start right away! and they were very professional and clean up after they finished and pick up the old AC. For sure if you have a small back yard you go for the side discharge 13 sears, and it is very quieter then a window AC. What to say, first if you buy a old house and you see a pipe coming out in your front yard, it is call Trap breather, open the cap and check if you can see water if you see that you have a problem like mine, do not trust your building inspector. Anyway, I got more problem with my sewer in my old house and had to find somebody to come and find out what was the problem. After 3 estimation and 3 same diagnostic, I get back to EXPRESS ROOTER PLUMBING. Bob was the first one to tell me was wrong with my sewer, just by looking in the Trap breather and dropping 2 penny in to the pipe and the problem was find, he give me a price it was more expensive then the two odder companies , but I really want to work with ERP they work with Mike Holmes. (Bob save me 300$ because after I telling him what happening lately he decide do not doing the camera checkups, he know what was wrong). Friday 22 Jul 2011 In the same time I get the water line supply change from the city limit in to my house with a 1" cooper pipe. They arrived 15 minutes before the time they where suppose to arrive, all ready one good point for them. They cover my neighbour front yard with tarp and4 X 8 plywood to protect the their front yard. Start to work right away, after 7 hours of hard labour ( I would never be able to do that kind of work) everything was done, they clean after my front house and my neighbour front yard, they even put a new cap on the Trap breather neighbour. On Monday Bob came back to do the camera checkups and to bad for hem and thank god for me the inside pipe are in good shape. If all contractor would be like them Toronto would be a better place to make renovation. Go and look the picture you will see everything. Gilbert Dufour

I was looking for a easyer and less expensive way to make my shower base, after looking for a wild on internet, I find Dix Systems, who sale a product made in USA call pre pitch and quick pitch. It cost me with the shipping less then 100$, I will be able to make my base so more easely and for less money. All big hardware store in Canada should sell those kit. And with that system your drain does not have to be in the center if you all ready have a drain somewhere and you do not want to have to move it, this is perfect. One more think the customer service is easy to get somebody on the phone, no computer voice.
