From fertilizing, weed and grub control to Winter de-icing, Frechette has it covered. Their products are effective and pet-friendly, which is very important to us, and their staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We have recommended this company to many friends and neighbours over the years and are doing so again with this review.

Staging a family condo by AlphaOne was recommended to me by my real estate agent to optimize outcome for a Winter sale. It was deemed especially important, as we would be competing with similar condo listings in a luxury building. Barbara impressed right from the start with her expertise and excellent communication skills. After outlining my needs, budget, and timeline, she prepared a detailed proposal with several options. Her team started the renovation process immediately, allowing Barbara to complete the project by adding her impressive staging touches. This was executed within budget and by the real estate agent’s deadline. AlphaOne transformed a nice, however somewhat dated, condo into a modern, luxurious space where even the smallest details were not overlooked. In fact, the condo looked so spectacular, that I had to consider whether it might be worthwhile to keep it in the family. After a Home Star search we contacted Chris Minakakis at Easy Access Garage Doors. He gave us a very reasonable quote to replace one of the cables on our garage door. We booked an appointment that suited our schedule. Chris and his associate were punctual and completed the job in half an hour. In addition, they oiled the runners on which the door moves up and down. A well done job ... the old door has not moved that smoothly without effort in over a decade!

We researched 3 companies, including our current provider A1 Air Conditioning & Heating, and obtained quotes to replace our ancient air conditioning unit and old furnace. In the end, we stayed with A1. Their quote fell in the middle, but their equipment warranty and ongoing maintenance package were superior, as was the professionalism and expertise shown by their senior consultant, Jeff Smith. Yesterday, we had the our old equipment removed and new reconfigured and streamlined equipment installed ... all up and running smoothly in half a day. Before the installers left, the equipment was successfully tested and we were given a tutorial on our new toy, the Nest thermostat. This was not a cheap home improvement project, but one that will reduce our energy costs over the years to come ... a worthwhile investment. We recommend A1 Air Conditioning & Heating, the Daikin equipment they sell, and their maintenance package, highly to anyone considering making a change. You will receive quality products and excellent customer service.

Platinum has been instrumental over the last few years in helping us upgrade our home with new custom windows and doors. Last Fall, we added a stunning new black front door with side panel to our yellow brick bungalow. This Spring, we added a black storm door with a full glass panel to protect, yet show off the new door. We recommend this company highly to anyone who is planning to replace windows and doors with high-quality products. The outstanding professionalism, customer service, and expertise shown by all staff in instilled by company President, Gus George. We have used Avenue Road Roofing with excellent results over the years. Good products and good work do not come cheaply, but you get what you pay for, and it is worth it! Recently, we reported internal ceiling water damage in the morning, and the external problem was identified and fixed in the afternoon of the same day by Supervisor, Kas Tobin. It is a pleasure to see pros at work! We highly recommend this company.

After receiving several quotes, we chose Alumarail to remove our ancient, rusted, iron railing system and to replace it with their aluminum railing system. The site visit by Pino was professional and the quote was reasonable for the project. The office followed up to schedule the project immediately and our new railing system was in place without fuss on the scheduled day. One of Red Robin's masonry teams removed exterior bricks that had shattered during this brutal winter and replaced them with perfectly matched bricks. The team showed up on time, performed the work with expertise and cleaned up the work site once they were finished. We have used Red Robin on several occasions now, and highly recommend them. Our old chimney was removed, and a new chimney was built with perfectly matching bricks by professional and courteous masons within hours.
