I hired GTA Movers from Homestars to move furniture from top floor to basement, as my home has been "Sold" and I needed to sell things from the 3 bedrooms, & I thought that "movers" would NOT destroy my walls in the process! Thought if I hired friends to move, my walls would suffer, & the new owner would NOT be happy! If they were good, I would have also used them for my actual move. NOT THE CASE! The two guys they sent did not protect the furniture with blankets, just went about moving the large pieces. I mentioned "look what you did to my walls!" while they were moving, & the guy says "Oh did we do that?" & I showed him the paint chips on the stairs all the way down, but he just continued the move, without comment. NO DISCOUNT, NO FURTHER DISCUSSION! There are 5 paint gouges in my stairway! I could only post 1 picture!I have had to buy spackle & tools, & wasted time to try to match paint colour. Beware - no CARE taken.

We had wasps in our porch ceiling by our front door. This company was easy to deal with on Homestars and did a great job! The service man showed up on time, was friendly and professional, and they warrantee their service for 6 whole months! I was impressed, and I recommend this company to anyone who needs pest control.

These electricians were very easy to deal with on Homestars, showed up right when they said they would, and did the job perfectly! I had them install 3 outdoor lights, which look fantastic. They were very friendly & professional. We are so happy with their service & work ethic. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for all electrical work! We had Anatoliy (great guy) come for 2 consultations and finally ordered 2 Storm Doors and 1 front door with 2 sidelights back in the fall of 2020. Unforseeable delays with the door manufacturers meant we just had them installed in the spring. We are Very Very Happy with the results! The installers were excellent friendly guys, who worked tirelessly, executed the job and cleaned up on the way out. The doors are so beautiful and well installed. Thank you Total Home, you made us very happy from start to finish!

In summer of 2015 we hired PEG to renovate a bathroom (shower install/glass doors/tile/grout/silicone). And we’re not happy until you are." "Quality matters to us." "1000% Dedicated to Our Clients" "High Quality Workmanship" This proved to be nothing but hype. The person sent to do the tiling/grouting told me himself that it was his first bathroom reno - he had done IKEA kitchens, but not a bathroom, and they left him on his own. By Dec. 2015, we noticed the clear silicone was only a thin, uneven bead that was not even smoothed out with a finger (see picture), and we first saw mold. I have tried many different products but nothing worked, since the mold is growing behind the silicone. They should have sent someone with reasonable skill and competence to carry out the work to an acceptable standard. They should also offer & commit to doing the remedial work. Instead they came out, advised it’s no longer under warrantee and said they could fix it – for $375 plus HST!!! They are apparently “proud to be members of the Toronto Construction Association”, but aren't complying with their mandate to “Commit to working together to resolve issues and disputes in a manner that is fair to all parties involved; Provide appropriate training and supervision for employees: Ensure that they have the necessary level of competency to complete the work as defined by the contract. I definitely don’t recommend this company & personally WONT be using them again. Home owners beware!

WOW did a fantastic job painting our 1400 sq. ft. condo in ONE DAY! We included ceilings so it was a big job. We had them in on our first day here,& they worked around our 'moving' mess with ease. They arrived on time, covered everything for protection, and worked tirelessly. Very friendly bunch, yet very professional. They finished the job and were out by that evening after cleaning up. The crew was great and Kim is such a nice guy! I Highly Recommend this company for those who don't have time to let a paint job go on and on. One Day and done! So convenient! Thanks WOW!
