Two years ago I was desperate in need of getting one of the two roofs on the house replaced right away. It was nearing the end of season, so I knew everyone would be busy. I had called around and either had no response or the person just didn't show up to do the assessment. Not only did Tom the owner get back to me same day, he came the next day to do an assessment. Tom was so kind to fit me in even thought he was super busy. Not only was his pricing fair, his team came and did and amazing job. Tom and his team were nothing but professional as well with the paper work for the roof in regards to the warranty. They were quick and clean. I also found it very nice that Tom did not try to sell me on anything instead helped me make the best options for what I needed for the house. A year went by and zero leaks. Last year we had Tom and his team come back and do the second roof. Same as before, quick prompt clean service. With a smile as well might I add. A few months after that, we had some water get in but our siding is coming off the outside of the house and it had rained sideways the night before. I called Tom and he was there next day to check it out. He even went above and beyond and cocked all the gaps as best he could to hold us over until we could get the siding replace. He gave us a really great price for that fix on top of it. Now we are two years in on the one roof and one year into the other and everything has been great. Zero leaks and everything is holding up as it should. This week I had to have Tom come again to check out some issues, as I had some squirrel problems from the tree next to the house. Once again he responded and came promptly and also a great rate. All I can say is I highly recommend Tom and his team and I will still have more work ahead with the garage and shed. Alex was wonderful! I would give more stars if I could. He called me back right away to make the appointment. The main water valve shut off inside the house was very old and leaking. He was able to come the next day, had excellent communication and showed up when he was suppose to. He was very kind and through in answering all of my questions, showed me the process and informed me of anything else I needed to be aware of. The job was done very well, he also put booties on to not bring in any dirt as well as making sure there was no leaks before he left as the city turned the water on while he was still at my house. I am extremely pleased with the service. I highly recommend the company if you want excellent, prompt, kind, caring service. Thank you very much Alex! I look forward to having you back when we have more work to be done.

I could not be more thankful to Colm and his team. After the big rains earlier in the year, we had a large amount of flooding. We had a various amount of things that had to fix since our house is from the 1890's. I had tried to contact a few contractors with no luck getting them to come so I ended hiring a fly by night contractor believing he would do what he said. Long story short, after starting every job and not finishing any of them and a month and a half later of excuses I had to hire someone else. Then desperate to get this done properly I came across Act Fast and I am glad I did. Now very was stressed out since time was running out to get these things done before the rains start up again. Not only did Colm's team get back to me right away, they squeezed me in even working on a Saturday during a long weekend to finish the job in a good time. They took the time to go over what really needed to be done, how it would be done and as well anything I could do myself and how to do it myself to save on my budget. Getting the inside waterproofing system was great for us. I thought they would have to dig outside the house to really fix it but that was not the case. They were very respectful of my place since digging inside and kept everything as clean as they could. I appreciate that at every stage Colm got me to check it to make sure it was to my satisfaction and explained everything they did. They did end up adding a french drain beside the garage outside. I had tried to get the outside regraded properly but the fly by night contractor I hired did not grade the interlock properly so instead of ripping it all up again we were able to just add a french drain to help the flow to the back of the yard instead of going into the garage for a fraction of what it would have cost to have it all done again. I could not recommend them enough. The job was done exceptionally well to what I can see. Will have the true test over the winter. The team was caring and respectful and worked very hard to make sure it was done right and in a good time as well as showing up on the time they said they would. They answered any questions I had very quickly as well. I have two parts of my basement and was only able to get the side we were having the issue done this year. I will for sure be having Colm and his team back next year to do the other side. Thanks for everything!
