Terry answered my call right away, answered all my questions, and completed the job on time. He fit me in promptly, and arrived when he said he would. He was tidy, conscientious, and showed me what he was doing throughout. He even showed me a big chunk of insulation he found lodged in one of my cold air returns. I’ve recommended him to my own family.

Overall, I am pleased with the service and price I received for a re-shingle job on our 12 yr old roof. The initial visit from their rep was informative and honest, and the quote was spelled out very clearly. Since installation, two follow-up visits for small repairs (following significant weather events) were quick and covered under warranty without question. Pros: one of the better prices of the 5 companies I had chosen; the owner is very hands-on (he answered a call for repair on a Sunday night, sending a crew out early the next day); good product selection; professional initial home visit and quote; all the employees have been polite and courteous, and crews were very respectful of our property and that of our neighbours. Cons: start of job was late by a few days (but I was compensated); crew underestimated the length of job, so work went quite late; although the crew cleaned up most of the mess, a fair bit was left in the dark after the job (however, a second clean up crew was sent right away upon request). Overall, I am pleased with the work and would recommend Gitano for any roofwork.

Dennis and Cory were the consummate professionals. I had a very narrow window in which to get my floor cleaned and painted, so they went out of their way to be early and complete the work on time for us. Excellent job, fair price, friendly and quick to respond to all emails and texts. I will call again when I get the walls done.

I've moved 29 times, so I know about moving... these guys are excellent. Johnny, David and Mateus arrived exactly on time, and worked like Trojans for 11 hours to get the job done. Everything was moved with care arrived without any damage (a first for me). Communication with Cezar and Marion was quick and clear. Quote was a little underestimated, so minus one star, but a 5-star work ethic during the move!
