Great experience from the beginning. Patty called me back right away and I was booked in same week (being the busy season, I thought I would need to wait a few weeks). Randy was on time, very pleasant and very thorough. He looked at the area I thought squirrels were coming into the house (turned out to be a bird's nest only); he did a full inspection of the attic and other possible entry points, checked the roof vents. Everything was clean. Even though I didn't end up having critters in the attic, knowing I didn't have a problem is peace of mind. If I have any concerns in the future, I will definitely call Swat Wildlife again and will also recommend them to my family, friends and neighbours. Thank you Swat!

My brother in law recommended New Canadian Drain & Plumbing when I discovered a leak coming from my ceiling in the powder room. Raymond showed up on time, very professional and after a quick discussion, recommended to check the putty in the shower drain before cutting into the ceiling. New putty and 20 mins later my leak was solved! Very grateful to Raymond for being so knowledgeable and honest .....glad we didn't have to cut into the ceiling which could have been a more costly fix! They also guarantee their work.
