Our furnace shut off on a recent cold weekend. When we called Cosmopolitan, they were pleasant to deal with & had someone sent out the same day. The technician (Rafi) was very professional - he called to let us know he was running late & came when he said he would. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken igniter & was able to get the part replaced during the visit. We would definitely recommend this company & would call again!
