When we sent or called the site office about some dificiencies in the house after we moved in, the site supervisor was very responsive and responsible. Responsible contractors were sent during the next few days and repairs were done at our convenience and of improved quality. Our friends experienced pretty much the same.

The consultant was very knowledgeable and helpful. The estimate was very accurate. Delivery of the material was on time. Plus, unused materials could be returned without question! Questions during the renovation project were responded by the consultant politely. Overall, I am very happy about the services received from Home Depot.
