Bought a house November 2010, moved in this April 2012. Ended up paying $25,000 more than expected.

Horrible customer service. No email or contact numbers for after support. Make sure to seek legal advise and review cotract. Do not take for granted anything that they say. Make sure everything is documented and signed off.

Horrible customer service. Delayed twice already, firm closing date was suppose to be July 10th 2012, house is nowhere near ready. No notice, no register mail, it is now July 8th 2012 and still nothing. Been calling and emailing the Head office and leaving messages with sales and customer service since July 3rd with no return phone call or email. I"m going to end up on the streets with my wife and 2 kids since I have nowhere to live now. They managed to take a client who was so excited to move into there new house to absolutely hating the builder. Will never recommend them or purchase from them again! If the president of the company see this review, I hope he or she gives me a call so I can really let them know what I think!!

Regal Crafts homes have a wow factor that no other builder in the area has. Even when compared to cachet homes in the neigbourhood, regal craft stands out with their unique architecture. The customer experience is more intimate then those "big box" home builders and even the smallest detailed requests are met. We not only met with the sales office, but the owners of the company as well, and had countless walk throughs with the site supervisor at all stages of the building process. When an upgrade was requested that was not in their portfolio, Regalcraft went out of their way to outside sources to get it. A truly custom experience!

The homes built by this company far exceed in quality and design than any in the surrounding neighborhoods. They come complete with details you expect to find in homes twice as expensive. Things like high pitched roofs and even flat roofs are standard as are 10 ft interior ceiling. The builder is highly flexible in terms of customization of homes. When you buy from this builder you not only get attention from the sales staff and construction staff (who are wonderful, (ie Suzanne, Elvis) but also from the companies president, Madane Sharma and other executive staff. Would recommend to everyone, especially discerning and highly demanding customers as we are.

When we sent or called the site office about some dificiencies in the house after we moved in, the site supervisor was very responsive and responsible. Responsible contractors were sent during the next few days and repairs were done at our convenience and of improved quality.
Our friends experienced pretty much the same.

Just want to share my good experience with this builder.
While most builders in today's housing market are dedicated to production building, RegalCraft Homes has deliberately taken a very different approach. By focusing on quality over quantity, we have made a concerted effort to build homes which are truly custom in both their design and quality.

There is no such thing called "customer service" with this builder. Its a family business where you can't really complain about one another. What they say is what THEY DON'T do. They have fantastic layout. But absolutely no planning. Unbelievably disorganized.
