Extremely satisfied with the product and installation! Bat-Ulzii Myagmarjav and his crew (sorry, didn't get the name of the other installer) were there early and worked hard throughout the day installing several windows and a door. Highly recommend Nordik Windows and Doors.

I sent out an SOS because I thought my blue spruce had some kind of fungus and was slowly dying. Johnny from Northshore Tree Experts was the only one to answer and dropped by to have a look and told me the real issue was the very large silver maple that sits several feet away and was blocking the sun from reaching the blue spruce on the one side. So after we decided that the maple would need pruning I told him that the honey locust at the front of the house needed pruning as well. He sent me a quote later that night and was on the job 2 weeks later. Arriving at the house with his crew he patiently showed my wife and I what exactly he was going to cut, specifically on the maple, because it held sentimental value for her. A couple of hours later the job was done, all cleaned up and the trees looked great! Thanks to Johnny, his crew, and his wife Jessica!

Excellent service starting with the first call I received from customer service, to the salesman Jeff and finally to the 4 gentlemen who worked very hard on a very hot day in late July. Highly recommend the product. Not only works great, it looks great! I can now look forward to rainstorms! Thanks again to everyone!
