Northshore Tree Experts were incredible to work with from beginning to end. Their office staff replied promptly, were very helpful and extremely pleasant. Johnny was thorough and professional as he visited for the estimate. He was honest about the scope of work and at no point did we feel unsure. He and his team were fantastic when the work was done. The site was left clean and tidy and our view has returned! We have passed their name on to family and friends and will absolutely use their service again in the future. This was the second time we had major tree removal done with North Shore. The whole team is fantastic, from quote and booking up to on site work. The team are hard workers, efficient, friendly, take appropriate safety precautions and leave the property clean. We had a tricky tree that was uprooted on an uphill slant, did not fall to the ground onto the shed below and was stuck in three large trees. My shed is intact, care was taken not to damage the other trees and I could not be more pleased with the work. Thanks again to the team!

Northshore Tree Experts was very professional, efficient and did a great job! We are very pleased with the results! We had a tree that was leaning towards a busy road that they were able to cut down without it going onto the road, and removed 8 stumps! Their communication was also great with reminders for the scheduled service times.

Johnny and his wife Jessica, as well as their team member Inake, are quick to respond, provide excellent service, and are incredibly kind, knowledgeable and professional. From start to finish, the process was smooth and they provide high quality work. We had two trees taken down, including a very large pine, and they finished the job in record time leaving the property spotless. I highly recommend Northshore and we will be having them back again for all of our future jobs.

Great staff and great job! They trimmed and fertilized our super high hedges, and gave us some helpful advice about our spruce tree and other hedges. I highly recommend Johnny and his team.
