We had Nick from Reliance for checkup on our a/c and our furnace. Every technician we have had so far are very friendly, professional and dont make you feel like they want to do a rush job. Thank you Reliance. We had an issue with the a/c last year and they fixed it. We rent a water heater and had an issue last year and it was just a carbon built up on a sensor and the technician fixed the problem. We recommend Reliance any day. We have a maintenance plan so a lot is covered.

We had an issue with the cladding on one of our half moons. It was warped. We contacted Verdun and they had a service technician come to check it. They had to come back with the parts to replace the cladding. We had Majed and Sylvain as service technicians. They were very professional. We are very happy with the results. The amount posted is what the whole window cost us approximately. There was no cost today.

The installers were very professional and courteous. The installation of our 2 new doors went very well. We love the new look and we are certain that they will protect us much better from the cold than the old ones. The old doors came with the house and were more than 19 years. We have had all the windows and doors replaced by Verdun and all their installers are very professional. We only have praise for the quality of products and their installers.

We are very pleased with the service in replacing 2 windows that we had issues with. The windows were leaking. Andre and Gabriel were very courteous and very good in answering all our questions. We dealt with the salesperson, Michel Mallette and he was excellent in explaining everything. We never felt pressured in changing our windows. Knowing that our new windows have a 20 years warranty including parts and labour gives us a peace of mind. No middleman or service fees if we have problems.
