Our furnace wouldnt go on. I thought it was thermostat because we had someone into service the furnace 3 weeks ago and he had tested the furnace (by over-riding the thermostat). However, after over an hour on the phone with Ecobee support, they said it was the furnace because the thermostat was working according to the tests we did. All that said, I emailed Louie who responded immediately. He sent someone out who arrived within 2 hours. The gentleman, checked everything and determined it was a wire issue with the ecobee system. He put in a work around so we can use the furnace until we replace the thermostat. I loved how thorough he was and how he was able to find the problem and provide a good solution. I will be using them for all my HVAC needs.

This is the second time I've used Augusta Movers. The team did a great job and we got it all packed and in the truck in just under 2 hours. They were polite, careful, hard working and thorough. Once again, I'm very pleased with the service provided and I feel I can trust that they will always do a good job.

Very thorough and professional and the windows are gleaming. It was a big job with a wall of divided light in the back, skylights and high peaked ceiling. I was impressed with the service, friendliness and attention to detail.

I used Augusta to move and store a whole kitchen, dining room and living room furniture as well as outdoor furniture and items for a renovation we were undertaking. They packed, moved and stored all of our stuff efficiently and with care. They moved the indoor stuff back six months later and stored our outdoor furntiture another few months until the snow melted. The team was reliable, helpful and accommodating. I always felt I was in good hands.

I had the priveledge of using Maret's services when my cleaner of 13 years left the country. Jackie came to my house and did a thorough review of my requirements and a detailed list of what to expect. A cleaner was booked for me and on the first day of her arrival, Maret came with her to do an orientation and walk around of the house and areas of focus. I was impressed with how professional they all were and how they took my cleaning need seriously. Even the little nooks and crannies were dusted and cleaned. Everything from how they bill and how they handle issues is resolved fairly and quickly. I always felt that Maret and Jackie had my best interests at heart.
