Our furnace wouldnt go on. I thought it was thermostat because we had someone into service the furnace 3 weeks ago and he had tested the furnace (by over-riding the thermostat). However, after over an hour on the phone with Ecobee support, they said it was the furnace because the thermostat was working according to the tests we did. All that said, I emailed Louie who responded immediately. He sent someone out who arrived within 2 hours. The gentleman, checked everything and determined it was a wire issue with the ecobee system. He put in a work around so we can use the furnace until we replace the thermostat. I loved how thorough he was and how he was able to find the problem and provide a good solution. I will be using them for all my HVAC needs.
