My wife hired Arkady to paint the high ceilings in the foyer and stairwell leading to the second floor, and bulkhead in our kitchen. We provided the paint and just needed the labour. A security deposit was made to secure the date and time. Not sure we were told of this after our first initial meeting. Not even sure if we asked either so no big deal there. On the day the work was to be done he arrived earlier than expected. He covered all of the working areas, sanded the required walls. Wife told me he worked through out the day with only 1 small break and was not on his phone either. After the 2 coats were completed he vacuumed and cleaned up the working areas. As for the work, there is some slight streaking. However I did not purchase top of the line paint. It is still way better then the areas I painted. As for edging there are some areas where the ceiling got some paint and was not a complete clean edge (but you would need tape for that). Lastly, there were a few spots where the handrails had some drips of paint, that I was able to scratch off. Overall we are pleased with the results and have recommended your business to fellow co-workers. Customer service was great in terms of communicating. Thank you

Dealt with Dave over the phone a couple times before booking. Discussed various needs and got my items quoted and questions answered. In addition to the items discussed, I did a bit of researching on my own to understand what exactly I was purchasing. On the day of installation I believe it was Ken who showed up to my door to do the installation. Before the work was done he quoted me for the upgraded water faucet along with cost to run by-pass lines for garage & backyard hose bibes. I was informed of this before hand so no surprises here. Ken did have to step away from the job to pick up some parts he did not have on hand, not a big deal for me. He communicated that with me. He was able to tuck the by-pass lines nicely in the basement. Under the sink the RO system components were organized fairly well. After installation of items we discussed the various components and reviewed what needed to be done on my end. Received a followup call from the company a day later. All in all it was quite easy to deal with this company from beginning to end.

Hello Peter. It's always great to hear that people do their own research (outside of the info we provide) and then come back to us for their equipment and service. Thank you for your faith in our expertise. I'm also happy to hear that you are satisfied with the job Ken did - both for the system installation and the associated bypasses. Finally, thank you not only for your business but for the time you took to write such a great review - both myself and the team really appreciate your effort. Please let myself or any of the team know if you ever have follow-up questions. Sincerely. Dave.

Thanks again George for another BBQ Line. Sorry for making you drive out to the west end instead of down the street. I can't believe you remembered where I use to live and what BBQ I had. This was my second time using George for a BBQ Gas Line. He came up with a great game plan to run the line from my furnace to my bbq and executed flawlessly. He was on time and did not rush his work. Same great personality that I remember. Too bad you don't do Air Conditioners because it's hard to find true and honest people. Just call George don't bother looking elsewhere. When I move again and need a new line I'll give you a call! Thanks again -peter

It's been about a months since I had my shutters installed by John and Danny. Shutters still have the brand new smell to them! Just want to write to say my thanks to the entire staff. Shutters look beautiful, customer service was top notch and I am very pleased with the end result. The time from ordering to install was bang on. John showed up when he said he would show up. The office staff was courteous on the phone and in person. I will recommend you guys to anybody who asks about my shutters. Already have my friend lined up to use you when he moves into his brand new home this coming fall. Thanks again -peter

Many thanks for the great work done by Jim. He was extremely flexible with my work schedule. Corresponding through email was a breeze. Jim was very friendly and not intimidating. (Being a new home owner you have your reservations). He was very easy to talk with. He welcomed me to stay as he repaired the crack and while he was doing it he explained each step and process. He was very clean, either sweeping or vacuuming before he moved onto his next step. He was very thorough in making sure the crack was repaired correctly. Never once did I feel he was trying to rush things. He also inspected the other walls of my basement and gave me advice on what to look for when spring time hits. Now I can move onto the basement renovation.

I needed a quote for installation of a natural gas bbq and stove line. I contacted GasGuys.ca via email and had a response same day to schedule an initial inspection. George accomodated my work schedule and was able to come by early on a Saturday morning. He was prompt and extremely friendly. I discussed with him my ideas and he informed me that my gas line inside the house was not big enough to accommodate both appliances. I had told him my home inspector said I could add these appliances, but he explained to me that it would not be up to code and that there was risk of the lines not carrying enough gas and potentially harming other connected units. Having been told that, I knew this was the guy I wanted to use, he could have quoted me on installing the stove line as a second line and charged me an extra 200 dollars. He could have not brought up the risks involved with adding the second line. So he quoted me on the BBQ line and told me to contact him when the bbq was purchased. Upon purchasing my natural gas bbq, I emailed him and scheduled the installation date. He was flexible with dates, and was even able to move the install time an hour back with very little notice. On the day of the installation he showed up to my house before I even got home because I was late from work (sorry!). I showed him where I wanted the line and he worked his magic. I did not feel compelled to follow him around and monitor. He hooked everything up, tucked the gas line well in my basement, tested the line and hooked up the bbq. He started installation at 6pm and I was grilling by 8pm same day! All in all a great experience, great workmanship and great customer service. Thank you George All the best

Thanks P, it was a pleasure. I find that honesty is the best policy. Even if it is not always what the customer wants to hear. Hopefully you are enjoying your new BBQ!
Cheers
