Purchased a sofa from arrow furniture. It hasn't even been a year since I purchased it and it's just falling apart. The fabric of the sofa has rolls all over it. The cushions have sunk and are now unequal. Our backs hurt when we sit on this sofa. It is money wasted. When I contacted customer service, I was given A LOT of attitude. I was able to get then to change the fabric only on the bottom cushions. However, it hasn't even been 1 month and the fabric has already rolled again. This company does not stand behind its products quality. Do not recommend buying from them.

Hi Polina. I'm sorry that you are not happy with your sofa. After reading the quite lengthy service notes regarding your case there are some instances where I must give some explanation. You did choose to pick a different fabric to put on your sofa than what we stock and is in our showroom. The manufacturer (Decor-Rest) is one of the most highly regarded in the industry and we both determined that the fabric you picked (like many others offered) are susceptible to what is called 'pilling'. It is normal wear and tear that will go away in time or sooner if 'shaved'. Although this is not covered under warranty we did come out and shave the pilling fabric at no extra charge and a 2nd time we were able to get new seat casings as well. Please understand that sofa seat cushions will almost always be unequal after time depending how much they are used.
