Erki was very professional. The task we hired him to do was challenging but he did an excellent job. I would definitely use his services again and highly recommend him.

I was really impressed with Chris and his company. He returned calls punctually, he took the time to explain the work, the work was done as promised at a reasonable cost and the crew cleaned up before they left. We called DLC because we had a leak. Chris said they could not replace the roof for several weeks, so they made a special trip and put a huge tarp over the leaking part of the roof.

It was a pleasure to deal with Andrew. He kept in touch and came as agreed. He was courteous, respected our wishes and wanted to please. Even during the work he consulted with us. The cost was reasonable. Overall we are very pleased, but on closer scrutiny we noticed that some parts were patched and and there were some minor scratches, for which he left us a can of spray paint. We would definitely recommend him.

I called Dave to fix a leaking tap. He came right away, charged me for travel time and a reasonable hourly rate. He worked efficiently; however he way overcharged for material: $62 for things that should have been at most $20. Foe example, he charged $26 for a ball valve which costs $6.35 at Home Depot. For these unreasonable charges I would not recommend using him.

We found Dan very friendly and dependable. He came to give us a quote and delivered the drawers, as promised. His work was very good and his price was reasonable. We would use him again and will recommend him to others.

In general, we were very pleased with this company. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were quite flexible with the design of the shed and accommodated all our wishes. They did not try to nickle and dime with every change, as did some of their competitors. During the actual construction they asked us where and what we wanted to do. Once the construction was finished, we realized we made a mistake and Steve (the owner) even delivered a replacement panel to our house (we really appreciated this!). We did not give the company a 10 for the following 2 reasons: 1. According to their instructions, we built the footings for the shed at ground level which meant the runners are also at ground level. Being in cottage country, there is a lot of rain and especially snow. This construction does not allow for proper drainage and ventilation and can cause the runners to rot. We relied on their experience and expertise; in hindsight, the footings should have been elevated. 2. Our numerous e-mails to them went unanswered. After waiting several days for a response, we had to follow up with a phone call to discuss matters. This caused unnecessary delays. Also, we prefer communicating by e-mail because it documents discussions.

Airplus was competitive in price, came when promised and did a professional job. When called, they reply promptly and take the time to explain. After the job, we had a minor concern and they came the same day to fix the problem.I would recommend using this company.
