The thing that stood out for me when dealing with Andrew and his team at Torcan Group (apart from the excellent work they did on our siding) was their reliability and professionalism. Andrew was quick to respond to my original bid for siding repairs, and I was impressed by his approach to my project due to his experience in roofing as well as siding repair. His quote was very reasonable and he finished the project on schedule and on budget. It was not an easy project due to the position of the dormers on the roof and after getting multiple quotes for bringing in machinery to reach the windows Andrew’s experience in roofing saved me the trouble and cost of having to incorporate that into my budget. It was a delight to deal with Andrew and his team and I would recommend Torcan Group to anyone needing aluminium siding replacement.

Our home was built with a wooden window casing. Naturally after 15 years, the wood began to rot. We called Andrew who was very prompt, professional and informative about the products and plan to fix the window casing with a permanent solution. Andrew's work is exceptional, I provided a befow and after picture so you can see his workmanship for yourself. We would not hesitate for a second in recommending Andrew!

Andrew was great to work with. The job was completed in a reasonable timeframe and we are happy with the quality of work. Would recommend!

The front of our house required some work. Our existing wooden siding had rotted in spots and the paint chipped off in other spots. We wanted a more resilient, permanent solution that would last a long time. We weren't sure about what design or product we wanted, but Andrew suggested a mixture of: cladding some of the existing boards with aluminum, and facing the remaining areas with vertical vinyl board and batten siding. We are really pleased with the result. Andrew and his crew showed up when promised, though he had to come later that we initially hoped due to weather delays. You can't change the weather, unfortunately.

Andrew and his crew also replaced some fascia that we lost in a windstorm on the back of our house. They were able to match the colour exactly.

Andrew is kind and courteous, and understanding of all of our concerns. We had noticed a slight issue with one piece of the installed siding and he immediately fixed the problem.

5 Star Service! We recently moved into our new home and found Torcan group on HomeStars. We hired Andrew and his team to install new shingles. Leading up to the scheduled installation, Andrew was very responsive and kept me in the loop. The day of, he showed up a few minutes early to start setting up and his team showed up right on time! They did a great job, updated me with any issues they ran into (like repairing a hole raccoons used to get into our attic), took pictures along the way, did a great clean up job and were courteous of our neighbours property.

Andrew was amazing to deal with.
Last year, Andrew came and replaced our sliding back door. He did an amazing job. So, this year we called him back to look at our roof. Again, another fantastic job. Andrew and his team replaced a portion of our roof, the siding and a portion of our eavestrough at the front. This was all done in a timely manner (fit us in very quick). Andrew stayed in close contact with me throughout the whole job. The price and quality of the work were both amazing. It is very hard to find contractors like the Torcan Group who you can trust and if any problems after the fact Andrew will come back and fix.
