I like the way this company works: you pay what they pay plus a project management fee. Everything is up front & supported by invoice photocopies. Changes to the plan can be made on the fly without undue financial hardship. They are honest, straightforward, and give great customer service.
Heating & Cooling System Repair
We had a new heating & cooling system installed 4 years ago and have had difficulties getting the installer to fix the problems. We called Clear Skies to see if they could help. They have spent many hours fixing challenging problems. They have billed us fairly (often not at all) and have provided excellent service.

Four years ago, this company installed a new, high-end heating & air conditioning system in our home that has never worked properly. They came back several times to fix it but were not successful. They blamed our imaginations, the electrician, the project manager, everyone but themselves for the problems. We asked them not to come back again & have had to pay another company to fix the problems, which are ongoing.
