Our eavestroughs were leaking and we were not sure if it was due to a clog or issues with the eavestroughs. Mike from Alu Contracts responded quickly to our job posting on HomeStars and came for an in person quote. He was able to quickly identify it was not a clog but our eavestroughs were in need of replacement. After seeing our entire house we received a reasonable quote that evening. The work was completed quickly and Mike and his team were all polite and professional. We ended up replacing the soffits as well and they were able to accommodate this last minute request and complete the job in a day. We’ve already had rain this past weekend and there is no leakage or drippings so far! And the work looks great. My only concern is that there is quite a bit of debris left on our property as the snow is beginning to melt. On the ground, roof of our back extension and bay window. But I’m not sure if this because it is difficult to vacuum and sweep since there was a lot of snow on the ground the day they conducted the work. Otherwise I would have rated them 10/10. Just wanted to edit my previous review - Mike came back to clean up the debris after reading my comments. Thanks so much, great service! I've changed my rating to 10/10.

We had a flood in our basement from the main drain bringing water out from our house. I called in the morning around 9am and by noon Sergio was at our house. Very professional with face mask and shoe covers due to pandemic and to keep the house clean, he went straight to work. He found a couple of clogs and showed them to me and took the time to explain what was wrong both inside and outside of the house. Clogs were removed and everything is working as it should now! Thank you!!
