We hired Mark to renovate our basement. We had 4 or 5 people come out to give us quotes and Mark was the only one who gave us a fair price and a timeline of when to expect things to be done. We are so pleased with the results! Everything was done on time and we now have some much needed extra space. Mark is a trustworthy guy who really takes pride in his work. I would recommend him to family and friends in a heartbeat.

We called Mark to come and give us a quote for our basement and stairs- He was so knowledgable about his products and had some great advice. I liked that he didn't push the most expensive carpet and it's obvious that he loves what he does! After we had the carpet installed, he called within the hour to make sure we were happy with it and said for us to contact him if there was anything we had questions about. Great service! We're so happy with our new carpet and I'd recommend Mark to anyone!

We were recommended Factory Tile by our contractor and couldn't be happier with the service. We were greeted immediately upon entering the store, and Samantha made sure we found what we were looking for within our budget. She had some design ideas too. I would absolutely refer a family member or friend to Factory Tile! thanks!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO INSTALL ~ Firstly, Carlos told us that we didn't need to have our travertine floor tiled all the way to the walls and that the new cabinets would have adjustable wheels underneath.. wrong.. and when they installed the tiles, they didn't put an underlay underneath or grout the tile enough. We've had the new kitchen since last May, so 18 months and the tiles are totally cracking and breaking apart. nightmare. Fitting in the cabinets, the granite and especially the slide in oven was extremely difficult since the tiles didn't go all the way to the wall. I'll never go near them again. Now that I know a little bit more about floors, I don't know why he even said that travertine would be a good choice for a kitchen. total charlatans- beware.

We hired Mike to build a new deck and install gates in our yard. Mike got our deck built inbetween other jobs~ but still kept us in the loop of when to expect everything finished. He had some great suggestions for our privacy fence. It didn't take long and we LOVE it! It looks fantastic!! I wouldn't hestitate to recommend Griffin Construction to a friend.

After being referred to new image from a friend who does rennovations, I expected this compnay to live up to my expectations. Although the salesperson was amiable, the installation was awful. They broke a tile on the floor, scratched a kitchen cupboard, installed a handle that was squint and installed a door that didnt open properly. We are still waiting on a spice rack that we paid $200 extra for.This was in February 2010 and have given up after making at least 20 phone calls, each one being answered with 'it should arrive next week'. The doors have also chippd and we will probably have to replace them soon.Total waste of money. My advice is to stay away from this company, they are terrible to deal with.
