He provided thorough details and a quote prior to starting the work and then initiated the job quickly. We were kept in the loop all long the way. Steve and his team were here at the beginning of the day and worked the full day until the job was done. The team kept the work area tidy and worked respectfully- even our neighbours commented on their professionalism. This company was easy to work with and we feel confident in the work that was completed. Would highly recommend to anyone considering getting their roof done. Thanks again guys!

Recently got new windows with Renewal and the product has been great! The salesman, Cornell, came to our home and was knowledgeable and patient/ not pushy and helped us understand a variety of options. Installation was pretty easy and when one window didn’t work quite right, Jacob was the tech who diagnosed and repaired the issue professionally. He was friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job. My only complaint is with customer service. Given that we did have a small problem with one of our windows, it was disappointing that the service staff rarely followed up when they said they would and often didn’t know our situation when I called in so I was always telling the story from scratch. This was really frustrating. I would recommend getting the name and direct extension of the person you are dealing with in order to expedite any issues!!

James and his crew were professional, thoughtful and did excellent work on our mature tree in the backyard. James was quick to come out to provide a quote which was competitive with other companies we spoke with. the work was done less than a week later for the price he quoted. Cleaned up was also great. Highly recommend for tree maintenance needs!
