Hired Durham Stairs to replace existing carpeted stairs with new oak hardwood and lay laminate flooring in three bedrooms and hallway on second floor of home. Julian was awesome to deal with, from quoting all the way through installation. Pricing was fair and it was clear what was being provided. The Installation went very smoothly, and the crew was very respectful of our home and arrived on time every day. Would definitely recommend Durham Stairs to anyone else in the future.

Was having trouble with a high limit switch which was preventing the burner from igniting. Dwayne talked through a few things with me over the phone to try and solve it before we decided a visit from one of his Technicians was required (this was even on a Sunday). The service was prompt and efficient and I was back up and running within an hour of the technician arriving. Would definitely recommend Cool Flame to others. They have also installed a BBQ gas line and performed A/C service for me, which was also top notch.

Thank you Jeremy for the great review. Sometimes a phone conversion or text before a visit can help get temporary heat. Small things like a dirty filter or replacing batteries in the thermostat can also save a customer a service call. Love to help the best we can, when we can.
