We had problems with mice in our attack. Mark Davis did a fantastic job of determining their entry points and blocked them by inserting steel mesh to close up their entrance. He laid traps and successfully removed all of them. We have not had issues with mice ever since. I would highly recommend there services.

Arrived on time and started working right away. Obviously they have built these Yardistry gazebo’s before. It was completed by three men in less than four hours. Everything went smoothly and we are really pleased. We would definitely recommend their services.

We are very pleased with the service the Adrian provided us in choosing a new furnace and air conditioner. He gave us several options and was very knowledgeable on the different features each had. Adrian was very willing to answer our questions and later to fill out forms to help us obtain rebates. The installation and removal of our old ones went smoothly. We will definitely be using his services for routine mainteance and any other services should they arise. I would highly recommend his service and his prices are very reasonable.

I moved recently into a home with a 15 year old water tank rental. The tank has been paid for about four times over by now. We bought a new tank and cancelled the rental but had to continue to pay rent on a tank sitting in our garage until they picked it up. Company insisted the whole tank had to be returned. Had to pay about $75 plus tax for this. Guys who picked it up from Enercare said only plate needed to be returned. I could have easily returned the plate and not paid their pick up fee. Enercare will not do anything about this. Tank is obviously going to be scrapped. Calls into manager were not returned in a timely manner

Tristan did a great job on completing a home inspection on a preowned home. His report is very thorough and includes pictures of the problem areas. He provided us with good advice on the repairs and maintenance that is required. He completed the report that day as we were pressed for time on closing the deal. His information allowed us to make an amendment to the agreement to purchase to have the seller complete some of the work required. We now know what we will need to fix after taking possession. I would highly recommend using his services.
