My old furnace was replaced in Sept 2021. Excellent experience having My New HVAC Furnace installed and done by Joyce! Perfect experience from initial call , to quote, to booking, to installation, payment and permit inspection. Quality work, and fair, upfront pricing with no surprises or hard upsells. I paid exactly as quoted and am very satisfied with the work. Very friendly and knowledgeable office manager Diane. I was working from home on the day when Peter and Mike doing their work. It is amazing to watch how they disassembled the old one and installed the new one within a day. Mike also guided me what I need to apply the rebate at fortisbc for the natural-gas-furnace-rebates Long story long, Great Job! Thank you very much!

Camera inspection & Drian unclogging Daniel from Pristine plumbing came out on emergency basis & cleared out of the Root blockage to the Main Sewer line with a camera inspection. The job also required removal of Toilet then snaking out of main sewer line. The service was trustworthy and the price is very reasonable . The invoice also including the details what they have done on the job. I’ll definitely use them again. Thanks again Daniel!
