3rd time using Fortress Windows and Doors, Steve and the team take the installation step to a personal level. They craft to perfection and complete the job like it’s their own home. They are patient, professional, and skilled.

Had the pleasure to work with Val from the Burlington (Appleby) location on replacing 1400 sq ft of 1960 hardwood with Pergo luxury vinyl plank. Val will take care of you as soon as you meet him, he even came by the house to ensure the product is right for the home and gave suggestion on how to improve the final result. I also can't say enough nice words about the installers that came out, Wahid and Miran (?). These guys were all about the attention to detail, worked very hard for many hours a day, super polite and just like Val did they gave suggestions on how to make the final look better. We are extremely happy and lucky to have had this crew work on our home.

Steve and his crews are amazing. Honest, fair prices and hard working with a focus on the details. 2nd time using Fortress, last time was to replace windows and this time to replace a sliding patio door with double doors. Just listening to the crews working you can tell they want each installation to be perfect. We highly recommend Fortress and will be using them again for future projects.

These guys come in and do what you want with no excuses and just get it done. Nothing seemed to be a problem, they come up with solutions and move on. They make sure you are pleased during the whole process. I can't say enough about the Potlight Experts, I will use them again no questions.

We had a wall between the kitchen and living room removed and a beam installed. Aldo Structural Contracting is the company you need. Alex will walk you through all options of the job and give you suggestions on aspects you never thought of. This was a small job and Alex never treated this any less than his other big jobs. Took his time to ensure I was comfortable with the plan and his team came in on time, on budget, and worked hard for the entire project. Alex is very friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. Structural work is his specialty and is evident throughout the entire process as there isn’t any hesitation, just solutions. Can’t say enough good things about Alex and his team.

LOOK NO FURTHER, these are the guys for your Window needs! I prefer companies where the owner comes out and shakes your hand, discusses options/ideas and any further communication throughout the whole process is with the owner. No greasy Sales guy. Steve was a pleasure to work with and responds to all messages quickly. His crew was amazing, polite, hard working, and cleaned up any and all mess. They all seemed to enjoy their work and clearly took pride in making each window a perfect install. We had half the windows (7) in our home replaced and will 100% use Fortress for all remaining window replacement and also doors. Great overall experience, and a great find on Home Stars.

Twin Peaks is a personal touch roofing company. The owner (Max) does his own quotes and shows up on the job site multiple times to over see the progress. He was very quick to respond via text at any time of day and takes the time to walk you through any concerns or questions and straps on the tool belt when needed. His crew was very hard working, polite, and knew what they were doing. I recommended Twin Peaks to my neighbour after they had tons of quotes and also went with Max's crew. I would 100% use Twin Peaks for all my future roofing and eavestrough work. Super satisfied!
