Two years ago A Plus installed a new furnace and AC in my house. They were very professional and nice and everything seemed fine. Two years after installation, we noticed the AC was not as effective as before. We called A Plus and got a prompt response, however, the issue was not fully resolved. A Plus technicians visited our home two more times to thoroughly check our HVAC system and replace certain parts, and eventually were able to resolve the problem to our full satisfaction.

Needed to replace a part for a crank mechanism. Made contact with this company and they immediately said they don't want to bother searching for the parts and suggested we replace the whole window for $1800. Ended up hiring somebody else. The part cost less than $40.

Moni was extremely professional and helpful. He arrived promptly, offered a solution and got us the necessary parts, for a fair price and without trying to sell us unnecessary services. Will definitely call him next time we need to service our windows or doors.

Nitin and his partner did a great and quick job for a very good price. The whole house was done perfectly in half an hour! Also showed us pics of the cleaned gutters so we can see that the work was competed perfectly. Very pleased!

The guys did a great and quick job cleaning a number of couches and carpets. This is the second time we've used their services. Previously they helped us clean our couch after a kid puked on it, and now it's good as new, so we're very happy with the service.

The technician (I'm sorry, I didn't catch his name) came in and identified the problem immediately. It was a simple fix so he offered to fix it for no charge beyond the visit fee. Once fixed, we discovered there was also a leak that couldn't be seen before, and he quoted me for that work and quickly fixed it and completed my botched attempt to install the dishwasher myself.

Ali did a great job. Gave us a free estimate that was very fair and avoided recommending services that we were ready to pay for but he said aren't necessary. He then came again to fix our system, and suggested that only if this fix won't be enough, we could look into more significant work. So far his recommended fix has proven effective and we're extremely happy with the result. Wonderful to find a professional we can trust!

Had some minor damage after the storm. Mark answered as soon as I called and was at my home within 15 minutes. Did the job quickly and efficiently, showed me pictures of the damage and what he fixed, and was very courteous and I.

Tommy responsed for my request almost immediately and offered to come right away even though it was a weekend,if there's an urgent need to open the door. It wasn't urgent, so we agreed he would come the next day. He came right on time and set to work straight away. He was very professional, answered questions and provided all the information we needed. He charged exactly what he quoted us on the phone. We are very pleased with his service and will work with him again if we ever need service for our garage door.

Bottom line: the "made in India" furniture is good, sturdy and beautiful though you'll need help to build the larger items because of weight; the made in China ones are flimsy and unreliable, worse than cheaper alternatives. I bought six pieces of furniture from structube - a bed, two night stands, a dining set, a side table and a bookcase. All but the bookcase are made of strong materials. Putting them together was easy, but I needed help with some of the larger ones simply because they were so very heavy - just flipping over that table after putting in the legs proved too much for one person. The bookcase we bought last, and it has soured our experience. The materials are much flimsier, despite still being a very heavy item overall. There was slight damage to some of the shelves upon delivery, and putting it together the screw-fasteners were so poorly made that a couple actually broke with just a little pressure from a hand hend screwdriver. Needless to say, the box didn't include any spares for those or any other item. Wheb we went to the store to complain they said it's a known problem, but they don't seem to actually care to resolve it in any way.

Angelo and the team came right on time (and were very accommodating when we needed to change the time shortly before the scheduled date). We heard no complaints from them about anything, and when there were issues with potential damage to some of items that they could not guarantee would be avoided, they were honest and open about it, and took the best care possible of those items (which, ultimately, were not damaged). No damage was done to any of our items or to the property. The move was carried out quickly, efficiently and cordially. I heartily recommend this company.

Vahn arrived on time and was ready to go as soon as I was at the property for a buyer's inspection. He encouraged me to tag along for the inspection and provided a lot of details, including suggestions that go beyond the formal inspection, DIY tips, and explanations about potential issues that I should look for in the future. As a first time house buyer, his explanations were very useful to me. He was professional and courteous throughout the experience. Couldn't have asked for more.
