We had some reno's done but didnt do our floors due to our budget. So we looked into cleaning and came accross Kaayla at Axia Grout Care. The tiles had not been preffsionally cleaned in 17 years. Some areas were quite stained on the grout. I was amazed after Kaayla was finished. It was so much brighter and even the most soiled grout looked new. The other thing was Kaayla is so easy to work with. From her initial call, to emails, to a guaranteed appointment, it was so easy. Literally follow her instructions and it was simple. I would definetly recommend her services to anyone that wants their floors to be cleaned professionally.

My fridge was freezing all the food and the water dispenser was starting to crack plus a minor stove issue. I called and they came over, assessed the problem and although they didn't have a full estimate I asked if the price would be anywhere near purchasing a new fridge. They assured me it would not and would let me know the cost and when they would be back. Sure enough, call came within a day or so and the price was amazing, way less then even thinking about buying a new fridge. They told me when they were coming, arrived early and everything works great. Highly, recommend these folks to anyone in the Durham area. Thank you so much.
