In June 2019 I had a patio slider and 6 flat window screens made for an addition to our house. The window screens are 2 years old and 3 out of the 6 screens have become faulty. The screen netting has come out of the frame. I called the company to voice my dissatisfaction stating this should not be happening with 2 year old screens. Sent photos to show the problem The windows on the rest of the house all have screens that are well over 15 years old and in great shape. I was told by the receptionist that she would contact the installation manager and get back to me with solutions. I am contacted and am told that the mesh was not covered under warranty and that something must have hit the screen or had been pushed out. They would do a service call at $85 and charged for any additional parts. The responded stating again that the mesh is not damaged. It is coming out of the frame which is workmanship. It would be nice if they honoured their workmanship but they don't. I highly recommend you go elsewhere if looking for new screens. These are of inferior quality.

It was evening when the hot water copper pipe from the water heater sprung a leak. Contacted Daniel and he sent Michael to us the next day. We were also notified that the connection to the gas water tank was not up to code. Which surprised me because it was newly install a couple of years ago,( by a different plumber). Glad to have everything fixed properly and now up to code. Thank you again Daniel and Michael!

We moved into my childhood home October 1 2018. During the rainstorms in December 2018 we had a problem with an area where there was a small roof extension covering a storage room addition on our deck. The small metal roof was lifted up from the strong winds, the wood under, onto which it was attached to was rotten and quite a bit of rainwater was leaking into our storage room. In our prior home we hired Tristar Roofing to replace our tar and gravel roof. It was a good job and we were happy with their work. We turned to Paul again when we needed help with our current problem. We were pleasantly surprised when he came to see us on January 1st. All other roofing companies were closed. However it was all sales. He was not interested in helping us with our problem, he tried to sell us on a whole new roof. The existing roof on the main part of the house was fine and had only been done 10 years prior. We stated that we only wished the problem area replaced. He left saying he would get back to us. Never heard a peep out of him since. Lesson learned, In the future, I will be replacing my tar and gravel roof to metal but I will not be contacting Tristar Roofing.

While we were having work done around the foundation of our home we were advised that there were a couple of areas where the wood siding had become rotten. One area had structural damage behind the siding. After having 3 estimates to repair this we decided to go with Siding Vancouver. Their estimate was detailed and very fairly priced. Chris was the main email contact person. thank you Chris for being so prompt in responding to my emails and answering my questions. Martin arrived at our house to assess what needed to be done and explained the process. Both Russ and Martin did a fabulous job with the repairs, replacing the damaged siding with matching Haida Skirl cedar siding. Thank you all so much for the excellent service and job well done! I appreciate the detailed estimate showing the steps of the job to be completed and the cost. Competitive pricing offered. The person doing the painting ( sorry I can't remember his name) was very efficient and did an excellent job. I very much appreciated seeing him go with the little vacuum removing all the paint chips from the yard. Will definitely recommend CertaPro to friends and will use their services again in the future

The initial contact with Quality One Home services was with Kiana. She was very prompt at responding to any email inquires that I had and was very informative in describing how the job would be done. She responded even after hours which really surprised me. A young man by the name of Grayson was assigned to do the services I requested. He was very polite and curtious. Grayson worked a very long day in the high heat and did an impeccable job cleaning the metal and glass patio cover, the exterior windows of a two story house and the gutters. That patio cover had not been cleaned in quite a while, now it's spotless. The windows were washed with a soft brush method and are now sparkling. I had decided to contact Quality One Home services because of the high number of positive reviews. They are very reasonably priced for high quality work. Thank you Quality One Home Services, thank you Kiana for your customer service excellence and thank you Grayson for doing such a meticulous job. You are such a hard worker! I highly recommend this company.

The master bedroom had one wall that was all closet space.
