Furnace quit working at supper on Sunday evening, called Arpis Emergency number and the receptionist indicated that if I could hang on until Monday morning the cost would be less. I appreciated her advice and contacted Arpis first thing Monday morning The receptionist was very helpful and scheduled a technician immediately. The technician Adam arrived within an hour, diagnosed the problem to be a faulty blower motor. Adam replaced the motor, cleaned the blower and did a general check of the furnace. Adam was very thorough, explained all he was doing plus my many questions. He was a very personable young man who was a pleasure to deal with. Leon a senior technician came over a few days later to do a courtesy check on the furnace gasses. Leon was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. Both are a definite asset to Arpis and my dealing with Arpis was a positive experience and would recommend them for all your furnace needs.

Our hot water tank was quite dated and was not supplying enough hot water, consequently it was time for a replacement. I typically review the BBB website for contractors that I may choose to use. Pete the Plumber was rated very highly and I thought I would give them a try. I was not disappointed. Appointment was scheduled, Taylor the service man showed up on time, removed the old tank, installed the new one, was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Employees like Taylor are a definite asset to the company. I would definitely use Pete the Plumber again and would recommend his services to all my friends.
