Very disappointed. Called Monday May 7 to have a roof repair. Dale Delport the owner of the company came with another worker on Wednesday. Said the damage was big ( about 1/4 of 1 roof panel.) and they could not repair it today so we hesitated to whether repair it or replace the whole roof. He gave us a rough estimate for the replacement of the shingles ( $6300) Meanwhile they put a tarpaulin on the damaged roof to protect the roof from the rain (took them about 15 min) and asked us to pay $400 without clarifying clearly the cost and the work before. On Thursday morning we called him saying we would prefer right now a roof repair than a roof replacement. He said it will cost extra money, on top of the $400 we paid already ,to start the repair( only a tarpaulin has been set up so far) . He refused to come and cut off the conversation on the phone. So it cost us $400 to have just a tarpaulin on the roof. Lesson learned: never pay before the work is completely finished. We were taken in by his smooth manner of talking. THINK TWICE BEFORE CALLING FOR HIS SERVICE!

Last year I had some carpenter ants in my kitchen but I didn't pay attention too much as there were only quite a few. This year they came back . I called Pesticon. He sprayed the kitchen and the 2 bathroom upstairs. Since then I haven't seen any. He called me 2 weeks after to have a follow up. He gave me a guarantee of 6 month. I would recommend this company. Job well done.

My garage door wasn't working properly. Mike from Easy Flip Garage Door came . He replaced the garage door springs that were broken, changed all the old wheels with new nylon wheels and installed a new garage door opener ( at my request) as it was pretty old .Took the time to explain the functioning of the new garage door opener and how to do a maintenance. Job well done!

Some shingles flew off my roof due to heavy wind. I phoned All Can Services and they came promptly two hours later. The repair was very well done and he showed some before and after pictures of the roof section. All in all, they offered a very efficient, and professional service and would recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs!

I had the front and the back of the house replaced with white concrete ( Before I had a wooden patio in the front and the back).Also the side of the house was done. Mr. John and his team are very professional. The work was scheduled on time and well done. We noticed a small defect:on one side of the house on a small area it wasn't leveled properly . Mr. john came the next week and fixed it.We have this white concrete for more than one year now and it is still like new! Job well done!

The faucet from the laundry sink was leaking.I called Direct Energy. I had an appointment for the next day. The plumber ( John) who came in was very professional. Work well done!
