The reliance team arrived the next day after our initial call to have our 35 year old central air unit replaced. The new tech offered is easy to use like a cell phone. Excellent, prompt and extraordinarily courteous service from start to finish. Definitely experts in their field. Highly recommended.

This review is for Same Day Appliance Repair located at 40 Magnetic Drive, North York, ON M3J 2C4. Telephone: 1-647-459-5504. Apparently there are two companies with the same name in the Toronto area. BEWARE. We ended up cutting our losses with this company over a repair to a Kenmore Elite Refrigerator. We feel we were swindled out of $400 (price if paying cash), for a repair that turned out not to be the issue in the first place, and secondly, should only have cost $135 (parts and labour), according to the Sears repairman who ended up doing the actual repair. After several calls to Same Day Appliance Repair, we got the run around and it quickly became clear that they had no intention of following up with us. The website is glossy and seems on the up and up, but if you research reviews on other websites, you will find that many people rated this company 0/10. This is for good reason. We would definitely not recommend them. Terrible!
