BEWARE. We ended up cutting our losses with this company over a repair to a Kenmore Elite Refrigerator. We feel we were swindled out of $400 (price if paying cash), for a repair that turned out not to be the issue in the first place, and secondly, should only have cost $135 (parts and labour), according to the Sears repairman who ended up doing the actual repair. After several calls to Same Day Appliance Repair, we got the run around and it quickly became clear that they had no intention of following up with us. The website is glossy and seems on the up and up, but if you research reviews on other websites, you will find that many people rated this company 0/10. This is for good reason. We would definitely not recommend them. Terrible!
