This is the most reliable COMPETENT appliance repair company I have ever worked with. Anyone who is saying they are not is putting up false reviews to sabotage them. Ive used them for years and because of their honest way of doing business Ive given their business card to all my neighbours. If they are taking time to reschedule its because they are busy because they are in demand for their impeccable, honest business practices. I use them for appliances in my home and my rental property.

BUYER BEWARE….NO AFTERCARE FROM ENERCARE I BOUGHT MY AIR CONDITIONER FROM ENERCARE IN 2017. IT WAS NEVER INSTALLED PROPERLY. DARREN FARMER SIGNED MY SALE CONTRACT. IT CLEARLY SAYS 5 Year NO LEMON 10 year parts. It’s contract number 0-1890637. The air-conditioner leaks water into my furnace and onto my floor every year since I bought it. Because of the improper installation of the LEMON air conditioner Darren Farmers manager Karen gave me a permanent service contract. But the call center said I have to pay for them to come out and service this LEMON. THEY DONT HONOUR THEIR CONTRACTS. I’ve been trying to get someone to address this for almost 2 weeks now…..I GET PEOPLE IN COLUMBIA WHO SAY THEY WILL CALL BACK….THEY DONT…..THEN WHEN I CALL IN AGAIN I GIVE THEM THE ESCALATION NUMBER 330-837-97 AND I GET HUNG UP ON…….DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS EXPECTING THEM TO HONOUR SERVICE OR WARRANTIES…….YOULL GET HUNG UP ON BY SOMEONE IN COLUMBIA. AND WHEN YOU ASK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER IN CANADA THEY SAY NO!!!!!! It’s not the process…..BUYER BEWARE…… I’ve contacted the office of the president yesterday and they don’t even respond to you.

Just had Young here who installed a plug above our fireplace. He was very careful cutting the drywall. All pieces were kept in tact so it was easy to put back after. He explained everything....honestly... he did a fantastic job! We will be calling this company back again in the near future to fix a few other electrical issues......the assistant who does the initial intake scheduling told me he was great and she was true to her word. She was great to deal with as well. No complaints....we will be repeat customers for sure!!!!
