We were delighted with the service to our old Maytag dryer from Alex at EasyFix Appliance Repair. The dryer was working but the controller seemed to be broken so I couldnt start the machine. We first spoke to him in the morning, he came over later in the afternoon at the time he specified and was able to fix the problem quickly by repairing the part himself, rather than trying to find a replacement. He also cleaned the dryer venting which was desperately needed. He cleaned up his work area and was done within a half hour. Alex was very pleasant to deal with and he will certainly call EasyFix again for other problems with our many old appliances. Thank you, Alex!

As shown in the photo, this drainage pipe under our almost 90-year-old home was no longer functioning, resulting in relatively minor drainage back-ups over the past few weeks. But when we had a major flood in our laundry area, Pristine Plumbing's prompt response to our initial phone call on a snowy day was very impressive. Daniel and Chris worked hard to diagnose the problem under our old concrete floor, which turned out to be quite extensive. They were prompt, dependable, clearly explained what the problem was and what was needed to fix it. Since this turned into a major repair job, we were very pleased to be working with them, as they provided just the kind of service we needed to feel confident about the work they did. This was a difficult and dirty job, and we appreciated their efforts to clean up the workspace, both inside and out, at the completion of each work day. Both Daniel and Chris were very pleasant to have in our home, and though we hope not to have to use their services for this kind of job again, we would have no hesitation in calling Pristine Plumbing again.
