The representative quickly came to measure and quote. The windows were installed and looked nice until a few months later when we did a renovation only to notice the blind we had were stuck to the trim and on removal we saw the VERY poor insulation- mostly tape only . Complaints were dealt with rudely and it took weeks for someone to come by and allegedly fix things-and then he came without equipment and said he is only here to assess! He came back with insulation and messed on our new flooring and didn't bother replacing the trim that had been ruined. Our renovator replaced the trim, and on getting blinds for the windows we replaced in another room too we were told the installation is skew. Windows do not appear to be custom made or fitted correctly. We had no follow up calls. The only call I had made extra is for a quote on another window to match the original ones-but mainly as an attempt to show a rep re my complaint-he was horrified to see the poor work of his company. All in all very disappointing-mostly not only the quality of work but the rude and incompetent follow up service. Their warranty is not worth the paper it is written on.

We got an excellent quote- none of the nonsense expensive companies put you through. This was followed by perfect measurements and then by three guys led by miki installing our windows. Wow! Professional , neat, no mess , just a perfect job. Sealed a seperate area above windows too. We were so impressed with the product and the high level of service.

We had our front eavestrough previously done by another company-really bad job. Harvey was very respectful, and Mark and his team did a SUPERB job. Efficient, high quality work. Everything explained and confirmed. The next day was the test with a massive downpour and the system is perfect. Highly recommended. As a follow up we had the whole roof replaced, all the eavestrough with 6 inch ones and the skylight. What an amazing job from start to finish. Great workmanship, all explained, excellent clean up. Even recommended higher if that's possible

A few years ago Victorious Carpets replaced our house carpeting. Recently I called Mark to replace my parents bedroom carpet in their condo. Even though this was a small job Mark came promptly, gave a very reasonable quote and showed great respect for my moms disability. He organized a superb job and the workers were neat, timely and professional. My mom and dad are thrilled with the final product. Thank you again.

our back large patio was weather beaten and many flagstones had lifted and were poorly connected(done by another company years ago) paul was effecient, helpful and with his team including Jack did a top class job. A pleasure to deal with. Very reliable and honest. our patio is so much nicer now. thanks

Zoltan as renovator and Leo as plumber were a fantastic team. Our bathroom looks like a million dollar reno. Our needs were taken into account. They were honest and efficient. When a small problem occurred after installation they were there almost immediately to fix it. Felt really listened to. Very professional.
