Called an left a message and later followed up and spoke to Melina. I called again and finally was able to speak to a customer service agent who advised me that it was not his dept and he will transfer me. I explained that I called previously and he took the time to expalain a procedure to disarm the key pad but IU would have to call back to re- activate. I called later and was fortunate to speak to Melinda and she was very hepful and resolved the concern. I recall speaking to her 2 yrs ago and again she resolved my concern. Thanks very much Melinda !!!
