I called customer service to request a service call. I asked if I could speak to a technician first. Shortly I received a call back from Rick, the owner. He suggested a few things I could check before I had to place a service call. I had to wait a couple of weeks before I could place a service call and had an appointment the next day. On the day of the service call I received a call from Jason, the service technician, who was running early and wanted to know if he could come before the appointment time which was very surprising as normally these calls mean they are running late. He looked at my Goodman furnace and found the problem and explained what the problem was as he repaired it. He was very professional but mostly his attitude was what impressed me. He seemed to enjoy his job and explained things to me so I would understand. He did give me suggestions on what he felt could be done but did not push this on me. I would recommend High Efficiency to family and friends without a single doubt that they would receive the same service I received. I will always call them for any heating and/or air condition problems I have in the future.
