5 years of tenants, and some carpeting and tiles that had definitely seen better days. I called Mark, and just like the first time we met, he was a pleasure to deal with -- a great product at a great price, installed on time (including working an overtime Sunday to meet my timeframe). Owners of older houses take note, he took in stride the complications he discovered in my basement, and problem solved them with finesse. At no extra charge. Truly a class act.

After having my roof redone 5 years ago, a major leak developed. The company that did the installation came out and made a couple of minor repairs. Maciej found something that concerned him greatly that he thought was the major cause of my leak, something which no one else had seen. What Maciej was saying made a lot of sense to me, so I hired him to do the repair he suggested. As his crew worked on the repair, removing the shingles showed the rot and water damage that Maciej had predicted would be there. The crew's work was excellent, and the process was terrific. Great windows done right. Great prompt courteous service. I replaced almost all of the windows in a house. The Majesticon guy found the one window that didn't need to be replaced and told me that, and sold me a screen for it rather than sell me a new window (which he could have done -- I didn't know any better). The job was done as promised, on time, on budget, very well-priced, and has held up well.

I was looking for new carpeting and flooring as part of a total home reno. Mark came promptly, was friendly and professional, and offered great products and a great price. I really appreciated how carefully he suggested small carpentry changes to do first, and he was right (according to my carpenter). His installer was great. I can't imagine how the experience could have been better, and I'm thrilled with the outcome. I'm looking forward to having the chance to work with Mark again ... but given the quality of his work, it won't be soon.

Paul was great -- friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, thorough, careful. And even though mine was a terrible job (an old house with a long history of neglect), he was very cheerful about it all, just kept working and working until he was done and everything was thoroughly clean. A really nice guy, and a pleasure to work with.
