We brought in KDM to replace our outmoded Air Conditioner. Not only did their friendly and talented crew replace and actually improve our central air system, they also helped us get the rest of our heating system in order, and walked us through everything to make sure we knew how everything worked and what projects we should consider tackling next. Daniel and his team were a pleasure to work with and we'll be adding them to our speed dial for our next heating and cooling jobs.

These guys took our money and never delivered the flooring we ordered. We ordered a whole house worth of flooring, on delivery day they delivered one half lot of damaged and remaindered pieces, and another half of non-compatible flooring in a different colour. When our installer inspected the lots and told him they weren't as ordered, he got in an argument with my wife and the installer and would up leaving with the flooring on his truck. No delivery was made. No transaction, no matter how big or small, should end in tears, but their customer service rep, Ravi yelled at my wife, disrespected her, and hung up on her, refusing to admit that he had made a mistake. Their salesman, Kumar, has promised to refund our money for the undelivered flooring, but instead left us with no money and no flooring. Before you give them a dime, brush up on your small-claims court practices. Extremely shady, deceitful and dishonest.
