Our dishwasher wasnt washing - though it would still at least drain. CN was able to diagnose the issue and point out that a repair might cost a bit, a new dishwasher wouldnt necessarily be the best option, longevity-wise. They were able to replace the actual pump for the machine within a week, and get us back up and running. We would definitely use them again.
